It was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning in the room. The swimming-pool. The calm. the staff was willing to be helpful anf friendly although their english was limited, so it made it hard for them to give precise touristic advice.
The location. The neighbourhood is not very nice: right in the middle of other buildings being built. The nearest 'beach', if we can call it so is ridiculously small and not very nice, we decided not to go there, but then, had to take a bus to go to another beach. It is also a 15 to 20 minutes walk from the town center and restaurants. The hotel offers to drive the guests to the town center whe they need, but you have to 'book the car' in advance which is not very handy. The breakfast was OK. I think it was far too expensive for what it was on the whole.

The queen room we stayed in was top-class with a big balcony, and its location at a moderate distance from San Bartolomeo Cathedral was amazing.

The rooms are pleasant, well furnished with individual air conditioning. Our room had a good sized terrace with country views. Breakfast is a vastly improved continental version. The hotel is just ten minutes walk away from Marina Corta (where there are some good restaurants) but have a free shuttle service to the city centre and ferries' docks. The owners and staff are very courteous and made sure our stay was one to remember.

Relaxing hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff with top notch service, really enjoyed our staying. The place had an elegant atmosphere. Airy twin room and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. This property met requests in every way, couldn't recommend more

The location of this place is super peaceful and beautiful, right in the heart of the city or near the harbor. It's cool that it's close to the port, just like most hotels, and surrounded by lush nature 🌿.

The hotel people were very nice. Do to the weather, we arrived late at night, but, hotel staff came to the port, even we had a car. We were very suprised. Very nice breakfast for Sicily. If, we go back to island again, we would love to stay at same places.

The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service which was very convenient for getting around the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a private balcony.
The noise in the morning from the breakfast room, which made it difficult to sleep in. The limited schedule for the shuttle service could also be inconvenient at times.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. After a horrific journey to get to the island we finally arrived at midnight; the hotel had sent a car to pick us up from the port which was such a relief. The hotel is a pretty little place at the base of a hill. It feels secluded enough away from the road and the town to make this a romantic getaway. We had a decent size room at the back of the hotel next to the pool. The first day we had this all to ourselves. The breakfast was surprisingly nice with a good selection of meats, dairy and pastries. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the old town and a deli which supplies can be bought from. The hotel is excellent value for money and it was the highlight of our trip. The other places we stayed in Milazzo and Balestrate did not compare in quality and price.
Our only gripe was a handyman walking into our apartment unannounced while we sat on the balcony having lunch.

Modern, comfortable rooms with terrace. Very clean hotel. Nice swimming pool.
Beds could be better. Most of the staff only speaks Italian, so it's not easy to ask things if you don't speak this language.
